Kochi Prefecture overlooks the majestic Pacific Ocean and is home to many clear rivers that originate in the Shikoku Mountains, including the Shimanto River.We have prepared a course using seasonal vegetables and seafood from Kochi Prefecture, which is blessed with abundant nature, a warm tropical climate and more than 2,000 hours of sunshine per year.
