1. Assortment of five-flavor appetizers
◇ Boiled Ishikawa vegetables and Cantonese char siu
◇Jellyfish and Ishikawa Prefecture-produced thread mozuku seaweed tossed in black vinegar
◇Steamed chicken with herb sauce and mint aroma
◇Uchiki red chestnut pumpkin and edamame mousse
◇ Ishikawa Prefecture megisu stewed in spicy sauce
2. Shark fin soup with crab
