Red chicken char siu with candied pumpkin

Kumamoto Banpeiyu and colorful vegetables pickled in sweet vinegar

Kumamoto horse meat spring rolls

Miyabi sea bream and salmon with pepper and maize sauce

2. Shark fin soup with crab

3. Kumamoto Akadori Chicken and Shrimp Stir-fried with Black Pepper

4. Kumamoto Akaushi beef and snake eggplant stewed in a clay pot
